There is the $900 billion pandemic aid bill. And the $1.4 trillion bill for the government's budget. A new version of this bill is made every year They were put together to be passed at the same time. AI $900 billion of the pandemic relief bill is being used in relations to corona virus aid. Not all of it goes toward a stimulus check, but it is being used in some way to aid the pandemic. The bill everyone is upset with is the yearly governmental budget.
